If you have a special delivery request, such as calling in advance, scheduling delivery dates, or leaving the package in a specific location, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly after placing your order.

Under normal circumstances and subject to stock availability, orders typically take 1 working day to be processed and will thereafter be delivered within 2-4 working days for Western/Eastern Europe and 3-5 working days for Northern/Southern Europe.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number, so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you.
