While the remaining balance of your Secretlab Digital Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash, you can keep them for as long as you like until your next purchase, as our Secretlab Digital Gift Cards do not expire!

Yes. You can cancel and refund unused Secretlab Digital Gift Cards. Partially used Secretlab Digital Gift Cards can't be refunded.
I received this Secretlab Digital Gift Card as a gift. Can I get a refund?
We are only able to cancel unused Secretlab Digital Gift Cards, and the value is refunded to the original purchaser of the Secretlab Digital Gift Card.
Am I still able to pay via financing if I pay using a Secretlab Digital Gift Card?
If the value of your Secretlab Digital Gift Card covers the total cost of your purchase, then you won’t have to! However, if the total cost of your purchase exceeds the value of your Secretlab Digital Gift Card, then you can select financing as your payment method, however do note that this would be subject to the minimum loan amount set by the installment provider.
