Caster Wheels

I ordered the rollerblade caster wheels and received them by late November. Unfortunately, they have already worn out as of mid April as the ball bearings tracks have warped and the bearings have scattered across the office. Other than the wheels, the chair has been comfortable for everyday work.

Never arrived and they wont do anything about it

I never got my armrest and when I contacted customer service it took them a month to get back to me and every time the come back with something like oh we are investigating it or maybe file a police report, Like dude its a set of armrests. After spending as much as I did on the chair and desk you think I'm trying to pull a grand heist by just getting a new pair of armrests sent out?

These are great. Haven't used the original ones but Dont intend to now I have these.

I’ll be honest….save your money, there no need for these as I’ve owned mine for not even 6 months and they’ve already split open. Don’t get me wrong they feel great for long sessions on helldivers 2 or grinding on New World however not for $110 AUD
