We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. Under normal circumstances and subject to stock availability, orders typically take 1 working day to be processed and will thereafter be delivered within 2-4 working days for Western/Eastern Europe and 3-5 working days for Northern/Southern Europe.

I bought this chair straight up cause my last desk chair was causing me neck pain, so much so that I couldn’t finish my homework let alone game for a couple hours. Needless to say since I have been sitting in my new chair the pain has subsided substantially. I’m glad I bought the chair and you will be too don’t hesitate especially if your in pain and thinking about it.

The chair itself is great. Maybe too many buttons on the armrests as I seem to be constantly catching them when I move the chair. But it's a big shame about the free head pillow. The magnet it connects to the chair with is not strong enough to hold it in position, so it is constantly sliding down or simply falling off. I guess that's why it's free - they couldn't charge money for such an infuriating item. It's close to useless.
